1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Momentum Moving ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Momentum Moving provides professional moving services including but not limited to:

  • Residential moving
  • Commercial moving
  • Packing and unpacking services
  • Furniture moving
  • Pod and storage moves
  • Specialty item handling

3. Booking and Cancellation

Booking: All moving services must be scheduled in advance. A deposit may be required to secure your moving date.

Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move date are eligible for a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Estimates and Pricing

We provide free, no-obligation quotes for our moving services. Estimates are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs from the initial assessment.

Our pricing is transparent with no hidden fees. You will receive a detailed breakdown of costs before your move begins.

5. Liability and Insurance

Momentum Moving is fully licensed and insured. We carry liability insurance to protect your belongings during the moving process. However, we recommend reviewing our coverage limits and considering additional insurance for high-value items.

We are not responsible for:

  • Items packed by the owner (unless packed by our professional team)
  • Pre-existing damage not documented before the move
  • Items of extraordinary value not declared prior to the move
  • Damage resulting from acts of God or circumstances beyond our control

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the items to be moved
  • Ensure clear access to both pickup and delivery locations
  • Disclose any items requiring special handling
  • Be present or have an authorized representative present during the move
  • Inform us of any building regulations, parking restrictions, or access limitations

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and certified checks. For corporate accounts, net-30 payment terms may be available upon credit approval.

8. Claims and Disputes

Any claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 30 days of the move date. To file a claim, please contact us at (801) 923-5714 or email our customer service team.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Momentum Moving shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
